Made with all-natural antibiotic-free chicken, field greens, romaine, vine-ripened tomatoes, onions, pecans, gorgonzola, apple chips and the delicious Panera white balsamic fuji apple vinaigrette dressing…this great salad is definitely a win! ]]> I love the par 4 18th hole at San Luis Obispo Country Club in San Luis Obispo, California. One of the main reasons is the beautiful green with it bunkers that now have sand that was brought in from Pebble Beach, California. This sand is so fine and white, it is the same sand that is in the bunkers at Pebble Beach Golf links in the Monterey Peninsula, one of the most famous golf courses in the world. Golf professional Loren Roberts of the Champions tour is formerly of San Luis Obispo, he honed his putting stroke and earned the nickname of “Boss of the Moss” from long hours of practicing on the San Luis Obispo greens. Roberts won a total of 8 times on the PGA tour, and has one 13 times on the Champions PGA tour for players over 50 years of age.
