Milt Huggs founded Milt’s Iron Horse, Milt’s Ranch Inn, and in 1950 founded Milt’s Coffee Shop in Bakersfield. 24th Street has incorporated all of the great recipes from the family and taken it to another level with the his popular dining spot in downtown.
